Lost in Translation

Lost in Translation, starring Scarlett Johansson and Bill Murry, is a beautiful and poignant film about genuine connection.  Especially the rarity of finding unexpected connection in the most unexpected of places.  Connection with yourself, connection with what’s deeply important to you, and connection with that one other person who truly understands.

Sofia Coppola’s film, from her Academy Award-winning screenplay, contemplates the unexpected connections we make that might not last — yet stay with us forever. 

This is one of our favorite films of all time.
